The value of Kia Ora Vancouver Community Society is our large network of people and shared information. Their services engage in a profound way with our members and followers which continue to increase daily.
The annual Vancouver Waitangi Day Celebration and Fundraiser, hosts record numbers of Kiwi’s, their friends, and families. The event is a huge success, and this would not have been possible without our loyal sponsors support.
A portion of profits raised from the Waitangi Day event is donated to the Kiwis for Kiwi – Save the Kiwi Trust organization and the money is used to help continuing efforts to protect and save our national bird in the wild. We are very proud to be able to contribute to such a worthwhile cause back in our native New Zealand.
We continue to give back to the Kiwi community in Vancouver during the year by hosting other events such as a summer BBQ, rugby games and our Christmas event. Partnering with us allows companies the opportunity to reach out to a focused group of Kiwis and Canadians. Supported by social media, this allows companies to extend their awareness and visibility in Vancouver.
